SO-HO RESIDENCE PHASE 1 QUALITY AND CONTEMPORARY STANDARD

Stage 1 of the SO-HO Residence is a conversion of the original building in contrast to new constructions. Therefore, some apartments will feature an above-standard clear height: the minimum is 2.7 metres for living rooms. The apartments on the second floor will offer 3.6 metres, and the lofts on the ground floor up to a respectable 4.45 metres, which allows the installation of another floor. All the windows, insulation systems, partitions, balconies, sewer and water distribution and wiring in the building will be completely new and comply with the current standards. On this page, we will also gradually inform you about the standards for Stages 2 and 3 of the SO-HO Residence.

Large windows with insulating triple glazing and entrance doors

 

The green front yard will be an intimate place to relax. The terraces are made of large-format concrete tiles.

 

Stone-filled gabions increase privacy between apartments. The width of the gabions allows the installation of flower beds with planting.

 

The windows on the ground floor are equipped with safety foil in the P2A standard

 

Window blinds for increased privacy and security also ensure a pleasant climate on sunny days.

 

Some of the apartments allow an individual change of layout, but according to the construction schedule.

 

The large courtyard allows large distances from opposite apartments.

 

Interesting layouts of the apartments allow for non-traditional solutions, such as in this case 1.5 + kitchenette.

 

Central heating is provided by high-quality above-floor convectors of the KORADO brand.

 

Spacious balconies allow the apartment to be extended with an exterior element.

 

The floors are in standard from multi-layer wooden large-format slats.
