The standard does not include:

delivery of kitchen, appliances and extractor hood, including connections
wall tiling behind the kitchen
delivery of built-in cabinets, shelves, etc.
delivery and connection of lighting fixtures in the apartments
establishment of a telephone exchange and delivery of a telephone set, including the conclusion of a contract with the connection provider
supply of burglar alarms in the apartments
delivery of a data modem
and other deliveries, equipment and products not specified in the standard and contractual documents
