ABOUT THE PROJECT SO-HO RESIDENCE
The second stage of the SO-HO Rezidence offers a wide range of 197 modern apartments, from 1+kk and 2+kk city apartments, to 3+kk and 4+kk family apartments with balconies and courtyard gardens, to spacious rooftop one-story apartments and 3+ maisonettes kk to 5+kk with terraces, private gardens and attractive views. All this in a premium living standard for the 21st century. Its construction has started and expected completion is in 4Q/2026.
The new building from the pen of the renowned studio QARTA Architektura brings the current trend of modern urban architecture with an emphasis on greenery, high standards, community character and maximum functionality of the interior layout with regard to the lightness of the space.

SO-HO RESIDENCE - STAGE 1
The modern new building offers premium apartments of a high quality standard with modern technologies and with respect to the environment and sustainability. Each apartment has a clear height of at least 2.75 m and is equipped with a balcony, loggia or terrace for comfortable outdoor space. Air conditioning is standard equipment for all larger apartments from 3+kk to 5+kk, and is also available in selected smaller 1+kk and 2+kk apartments.
We really care about quality and standard! When you buy an apartment, you get high-standard equipment, including fully glued wooden floors, 2.1 m high rebated doors, large-format aluminum windows with triple-glazed insulating glass and electrically controlled front window blinds. Large-format wall and floor tiles, concealed batteries, underfloor heating are also included. On request, other design elements within the Elegant standard can be selected, for example black sanitary equipment or heating ladders.
Completion of the second stage of the SO-HO Residence is planned for 4Q/2026. Its construction has already started.

The first stage with 148 apartments, lofts and a rooftop penthouse was completed in January 2024. The Form Factory fitness center with wellness and the popular Naše Toustárna bakery were also opened on 1,250 m2 of retail space.
The second stage is under construction and will offer premium apartments from 1+kk to 5+kk in a high standard with completion in the 4th quarter of 2026. Commercial spaces are available on the ground floor of the new building. Along the northern facade of the building, a new space will be created with an urban avenue and front gardens of commercial premises, which will become part of the public space.
The third stage closes the green inner block. There is never enough greenery, two parks within one project are great, but we are also going with extensive greenery on the roofs of the SO-HO Residence.
