The second phase of SO-HO Residence has reached its highest point

A traditional topping-out ceremony – known as glajcha – has marked the completion of the structural frame of the second phase of SO-HO Residence. The project is now entering a new stage, where it begins to take on its final form. The essential structure is now in place. What follows is the phase where the building gradually transforms into a space you can start to imagine as your future home.

The next steps include the façade, window installation, and architectural details – elements that define the character and atmosphere of the residence. With each stage, SO-HO Residence is coming closer to the vision presented in the visualisations.

The completion of this phase is scheduled for December 2026.
