SO-HO Rezidence is starting to take shape

In part of the building from Phase 2, we’re already constructing the first above-ground floor – rising from a solid foundation, the most exciting stage of construction is beginning! The garage ramp has also been completed, so your future parking space already has its own entrance.

And what’s happening underground? The sewer connection is currently being excavated nine meters below the surface using a special mining technique.

Construction is proceeding according to plan, and we’ll continue to keep you updated on its progress.
